This foam is supplied using our cut-to-order service, allowing you to specify non-standard thicknesses and access materials that may not be held as regular stock items.
Sheets are produced to specification as part of our manufacturing schedule

There is an MOQ of 6 sheets.
Volume pricing applies: unit cost reduces as quantities increase
Custom product: cut-to-order items are non-returnable once production has commenced

Poly-Props CF200 foam is our premier quality foam, that is ideal when using tools.
CF200 is a ultra high density (200-210kg/M3) closed-celled smooth surface foam. It is the ultimate crafting material.
It is durable, easily heat-formed, easily sanded & with its high density, details can be carved into the foam with precision & ease.
CF200 holds great and can be used to replace fabrics, leather and LD plastics.

Volume discounts are calculated per foam type, not by thickness.
Mixed thicknesses of the same foam can be combined to qualify for volume discounts. For example, 20 sheets of 4mm and 21 sheets of 10mm will be treated as 41 sheets total and receive an 18% discount across all sheets.

Please note: once an order is submitted, additional sheets cannot be added at a discounted rate. Any extra sheets will require a new cut-to-order job and cannot be combined with an existing order.
